Function createHTLCsecret

createHTLCsecret(hash: string, tags?: string[][]): string
Create an HTLC secret.
Parameters
- hash: string
  The HTLC hash to add to Secret.data (64 hex characters, stored lowercase).
- Optionaltags: string[][]
  Optional. Additional P2PK tags.
Returns string
Remarks
Use createHTLCHash() for hash creation.

Throws
If the hash is not a 64-character hex string.
